Your Maryland Contractors.com is a “premier advertising” site that verifies certain criteria on each Contractor before they are able to list with us. This ensures that we are practicing what we preach – we promise licensed, reputable Contractors. Therefore, not everyone can advertise on our site. You must be licensed, have been in business for over 5 years, specialize in a particular trade, and can provide references that can be verified. By requiring certain criteria, the homeowner will know they are getting a qualified contractor and will continue to do business with those same contractors.
Your Maryland Contractors will verify your license number and will contact your references. Any false information and your account will be suspended , and you will forfeit your fee.
We permit twelve contractors to advertise in each category of every county. We do require that you specialize in a certain category to avoid having a contractor advertise in every category and to allow everyone to have an equal opportunity.
Every month, the list of contractors in each category will rotate upward to ensure every Contractor the number one listing. There is no limit as to how long you can advertise with us. If a category or county chosen is unavailable, you can be placed on a waiting list until it becomes available.
The homeowner that is searching for a contractor will have two options,
(1) to search the contractors of there choice or
(2) post a brief description of there project and have Your Maryland Contractors search for them.
The homeowner will submit their project to our site. The project will then be sent to the first three contractors listed in that category and county. The next project to be submitted will go to the next three contractors and so on. We do not charge a fee for any leads.
Our fees start as low as,WELL there FREE go sign up. For those contractors that do not have an existing website, see our site in order to obtain one. Please contact us for specific fees and plans.
